Actually I agree it wouldn't be more convenient for the developers since chm cannot be directly edited, but the users would use a better navigation system.
More easy to find the keys config, supported games, etc.

Hello, I have only 1 minute to say I have created a chm version of the read me file for scummvm, for convenient use.
English is my second language so I just copied the original sections of the readme in the chm file.
