No 64-bit build for Windows this time around?

I know it wasn't really necessary due to Windows running 32-bit ScummVM with no problems, but it's a force of habit to get the 64-bit version whenever possible.

Yes, but it'd be a lot more expensive for them to essentially rewrite it themselves.
