As things are now, you do not need to download kyra.dat anymore. It is included in the ScummVM installer. So just remove kyra.dat from your game folder, use the newest ScummVM and everything will be fine. Kyra.dat has been changing a bit over the years and it has gotten bigger when support for Kyra...

My kyra.dat is also 67227 bytes. However, I just downloaded kyra.dat from http://www.scummvm.org/downloads/ and the file is much bigger (247KB). How come two different versions, and which should I use?
