Yeeesss... but Ctrl-F doesn't work with all titles, it doesn't seem to speed up certain sections, and the speedup is locked rather than adjustable (say, from 150 to 800%, the way most emulators have).

A speedup/radical frame skip button or option... That's something that many emulators have (usually activated by holding space by default), and it's a wonderful remedy for annoying, unskippable parts, intros, characters waaaaaaaaalkiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnng through the screen for 50 seconds, etc.
