Yes I just finished COMI, works from beginning to end but can occasionaly crash from time to time (for me it was when I opened the upperfloor door of the Hotel, when I won a battleship and when I ate the icecream).
The Autosave feature was very helpful in those cases

Do NOT compress the sound and it will run much smoother. The downside is that it requires 900mb on your MC. But when you love you don't count, especially if you have a 2gb MC like me

Does COMI work without hanging at the first screen now? I don't have enough space left to test it myself

Sam & max hunged for me in the "rat splat" game. I had to copy the psp savegame on my computer, exit the scene and copy back the savegame to my psp in order to continue the game.

Nobody gets sound with eLoader. Fanjita has to release a new version with this "bug" fixed.
As an alternative there is an old beta floating around with sound working but it's crippled with bugs (crashes, can't save, all the games aren't supported,...)

I finished The Dig last week without any bugs.
