Quest for glory bug?

I'm curious if the scummvm resolves a late game bug in Quest for glory 1 VGA version. Since one of the puzzles was tied to your processor it is impossible because it goes too fast to complete.

Does scummvm resolve that?

It is doing this to all of the games I'm trying. Space quest 3, Quest for glory 1, Robin hood conquest of the longbow.
