I'll transfer the save file to my Windows XP and see if I can pass this part.

Thanks. :)

I have quite a bit of delay in sound on my N900. I tested Full Throttle and Sam & Max, with compressed and uncompressed audio, didn't matter. The delay is about 500 ms. Is there any trick to fix this? It could be a problem with your sound driver - the software that runs your sound card. Are you...

If you can edit scummvm.ini, I am assuming you can copy it to somewhere outside the device. If so, then after scummvm fails to start, copy the scummvm.ini outside the device and compare it with the "default" one using some sort of diff tool (e.g. kdiff3) This will hopefully shed some light...

The OpenGL backend (when it's done - it's currently unsupported and so not available in releases) allows any resolution with or without aspect ratio preservation.

After the 1.4.0 release, daily builds will go back to building the master branch and you'll be able to try it out then.

From the audio tab, I just choose the Yamaha midi-usb cable attached to the MT-32 and it works fine. All music sounds perfect. If I check the boxes in the MT-32 tab, it still sounds perfect. So it doesn't really make a difference one way or the other for me. If I don't check "True Roland MT-32...

Re: Issues with MIDI configuration on Windows 7

In fact I doubt Lands of Lore has better MT-32 music than GM music. Like Hand of Fate Lands of Lore contains both MT-32 and GM music tracs and for Hand of Fate the GM music tracks had more instruments/channels used IIRC. So I would guess the situation for Lands of Lore should be somewhat similar. W...

Here is the generic "How to compile ScummVM"

It is kind of assumed that you're familiar with C++.

EclipseCDT is bad

I was using EclipseCDT for ScummVM development and while the debugger is decent (it is a frontend to gdb), the compile errors are as obscure as ever. Eclipse just parses out the line numbers that have the errors and highlights them in the code. If you are expecting the experience you get with eclips...

Moved to "Other Ports"

Moved topic to "Other Ports" since it is clear that it is unrelated to Maemo or Symbian.

Do you btw have some kind of an estimation how much work would a port need? There is no way for me to estimate how long a port for a platform that I am not familiar with, that I don't even have access to the hardware to, much less an sdk, will take. I guess the first step is to find someone who act...
