What do you mean by "a King's Quest compilation disc"? What is written on the disk?

Can you please post the md5sum and filesize (in bytes) of MT32.DRV?

If I've understood correctly, we will soon be able to choose the music for MI1 (CD tracks vs the upcoming faithful MT-32 emulation) independently from the speech with the official ScummVM? In summary: either MT-32 music with or without speech, or CD tracks with or without speech. Is that correct? I...

I take back what I said before about performance being worse It is now as good as v0.1.3! This is after the most recent commit that just happened 3 hours ago. Exciting indeed! I will wait until the project is complete (or at least stalls) before trying to integrate this into scummvm. In the meantime...

I tried it too. It is closer to the real thing but it consumes way too much CPU compared with the old one.

Integrating it into scummvm now would make it impractical to people who have laptops (which is the whole point of munt IMO).

If someone wants to make it happen, it won't go into the main project. It would probably go into scummvm-misc.

In the settings there is 2xHQ and 3xHQ scalers available.
I realize they're not the same as 2xSAI but it's better than pixel doubling.

I just copied the *.stk and *.itk files to my hard drive (all in one directory). The data files wiki page doesn't mention anything about extracting.

I just don't share your or others' opinions that the games don't offer enough hints as to why you're stuck.
I wonder what is the hint provided for the 2 examples given.

1 - KQ5 pie
2 - Space Quest 4 slime
