From what I've seen in the past, games are generally freewared at the same time that they are officially supported.

Fair Use
As a point of interest, what would be the length of time for a capture that would be considered fair use? Clearly the team believes that single image screen captures fall into that area. Would any length of video such as the OP requested be covered?

Isn't this just like any another new engine? The developers currently aren't interested, but if someone else wanted to, no problem?
