What truly sucks is that none of that inflated $80 price would even be going to the makers of the game.

actually it is legal, if you have an original copy. I love pseudo-lawyers. Ownership of one version does not entitle you to ownership of another. Me owning the 360 version of Lego Star Wars doesn't entitle me to the PS3 version. Half the things I've bought on Steam would've been free, using your cr...

Give them the bag (which held the leeches). I'm stuck at this part as well. I have no inkblots left, just the leeches. I try giving them the bag, but NEITHER of them will take it. I just get "That doesn't work". I can't get into the palace, and everything else involves getting into the pa...

This game is hard and illogical. I've been spoiled by Lucasarts. Honestly, that butterfly stuff... Give me a break.

This is the first game I've ever played with a guide open alongside it, just going through to enjoy the dialogue.

I prefer uhs-hints.com for adventure games. Gamefaqs will just tell you right-out what you're supposed to do, and spoil it.

It worked in the 1.0 svn build, at the very least. I think it's supposed to be kind of a pain in the ass to catch it, actually.

English Loom CD worked fine on WinXP. Same for Full Throttle ver.B on XP. Thanks for testing, though those games were already tested twice as designated on the release testing page on Wiki. Eugene No problem, I was playing them anyway and saw that they hadn't been tested on XP yet. Whatever helps!

Well, they did the first one and they're doing the second one, so I'm not sure a petition is really necessary. That, and online petitions never achieve anything.

Me too. Sanitarium works pretty well in XP but I do remember some weirdness. It's always good to get another game under ScummVM's belt.

If these are straight from the Collection CDs, aren't they missing files, need fan patches, running ancient versions of Dosbox, etc? I think I heard something about a plethora of problems with those version

I think there are a few titles that would lend themselves better to staying 2D, like Day of the Tentacle. That should look like 2D Saturday morning cartoon.

My biggest complaint so far is that nobody's mouth moves during the closeups when they talk. It's such a little thing that would've made so much difference. I know they tried to obsessively mimic the original but it really looks awkward. And of course the art style complaint that you've already hear...
