The question is whether users would find a feature, like suggested here http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=3020 useful. It would be optional, so no-one would be forced to use it. Pushing this up. I agree with The Madventurer here, with that many games and demos and AGI fangames supported, we definately would need such a feature, at best one that, when all items are collapsed, show as little trees as possible, eg. Company/Game/Variant Or Engine/Company/Game/Variant. as sugges...

If you really want to report it thorougly, check if you have a Win/Mac dual-version. then follow http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/HOWTO-Mac_Games on how to copy Mac games on a PC and apply 2-7) for the Mac version also. There are also Demos on your CD. Could you check them for both Win/Mac versions...

Yes, the exe file was changed later for some CD-releases, but the resource files are identical. Do you know what release of Monkey Island 2 is 5.2.28cd?
