Of course, anything is possible, but for now, I'd be just happy with the Easiest Way to Implement (TM). :D

Do you want a directory structure in ScummVM?

The question is whether users would find a feature, like suggested here http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=3020 useful. It would be optional, so no-one would be forced to use it. And as far as I understand, Eugene's suggestion is to make it sortable by the users the way they prefer it, eg. Co...

First of all, thanks for the great insight into Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis MAC. I had no idea that there were two versions. In the spirit of the original poster, I too am wondering if a MAC SCUMM game is different than its PC cousin. The game in question being Sam & Max Hit the Road...

Yeah, making it optional certainly could help to convince some people here.

I think we should make a poll, after we have sorted out all reasonable options. :D

This board is crawling with elitist adventure gamer fans who are totally out of touch with the rest of the community. These ideas only turn ScummVM into a non-user friendly elitist emulator. Gee, now you overreact a little. This is just one suggestion. We could sort by Publisher, or just games stil...

Pushing this up. I agree with The Madventurer here, with that many games and demos and AGI fangames supported, we definately would need such a feature, at best one that, when all items are collapsed, show as little trees as possible, eg. Company/Game/Variant Or Engine/Company/Game/Variant. as sugges...

There are 2 Versions on the CD: 1 Mac Bundle Version ("Fate of Atlantis Data"), which is when extracted identical to the PC CD Version in Datafiles and Music. 1 Old Mac Version in individual Files (ATLANTIS.000 etc), which is the more interesting version, because it has the typical Macinto...

Vinterstum should consider releasing a 0.9.0a Universal Tools Package, and give it the same compatibility treatment as with the 0.9.0a release of ScummVM, and remove the special PPC build alltogether.

There is only a german Floppy version, without voices. A Talkie version exists only in English with Multilingual subtitles. So you miss nothing, wether the german version is freeware or not. You can change the subtitles of the CD version simply by choosing another language in the "Edit game&quo...

1) Download http://www.pc-tools.net/win32/md5sums/ 2) copy the game to the hard-disk 3) unpack and copy md5sums in that folder too (this is to keep it simple) 4) Click "Start", then "Run", enter "cmd" and press enter. 5) go to the dir where you copied md5sums and the ga...

Yes, the exe file was changed later for some CD-releases, but the resource files are identical. Do you know what release of Monkey Island 2 is 5.2.28cd? I just tried out Monkey Island Madness, which was the latest release of Monkey Island 2 ever made I think. If you run it via the CD loader on the ...
