That would be the SCUMM engine plugin i.e. scummvm-plugin-scumm to support "The Dig".

1. "Someone" should be the WinCE porter who is still Cerial... I'd suggest asking him when it is likely to be released.
2. "Good enough" is very subjective. They should work fine, but your mileage may vary:

somnolentsurfer: Thank you for reporting this.. Sigh. I will update the bug... It looks like the LLVM compiler being used by the porter has some kind of nasty bug and we need to avoid this and/or switch to a less buggy compiler.
