Woo! Many thanks, agent! I had just ordered an R4 last Wednesday before researching whether or not in was supported by your ScummVM port. Suffice to say, I nearly had a heart attack when I read it wasn't yet working. Glad to know I'll be able to indulge in some portable DoTT goodness once it arrives...

No plans to add support for the full versions of the Blue's Clues games. The video sequences in the games used the Smacker format, and the games wouldn't make sense without the video sequences. If you really want to try the full versions, you could rename the files but they have not been tested und...

Full Support for Blues Clues?
Are there any plans to add support for the full version of the Blues' Clues games to ScummVM in addition to the demo versions? I have Blue's ABC Time, but I can only get it to recognize the demo version, and not the full game.
Anyone have any idea why support hasn't been added yet?
Cheers...

Success!
Hey! Just wanted to let you guys know that the unCD-ROM thing worked a trick! All I had to do was create an ISO of the original CDs, and then run the unCD-ROM utility (note: I had to run it from a folder created just one-level below the root of my C: drive; wouldn't work when I tried running it from...

Thanks for the reply, Erik! I'll be sure and try that (using the unCD-ROM utility) once I have the disks, and I'll post the results back in here. And glad to hear that someone else is a huge SC2 fan like myself--probably my favorite game of all-time (although the game did get ridiculously easy once ...

Zak McKracken on Apple ][e?
I was just curious--while I've been able to confirm that an Apple ][e port of Maniac Mansion exists, I've never been able to do so for Zak McKracken. I had even read several forum posts stating that the A2e port of the game had been announced but was never released, so I figured it was a closed case...

Apple ][e version of Maniac Mansion question
I asked a question a while back about what was holding back support for the Apple ][e version of Maniac Mansion, and I seem to recall one of the ScummVM devs stating that there would need to be someone who understood the file system to extract the resource files from the game, since (if I understand...

3DO file extraction?
I was just curious--my cousin has a couple of the HE games for 3DO (Putt Putt Joins the Parade and Fatty Bear's Birthday Surprise), and I was wondering if there's anything special I'd need to do to extract the needed resource files to my PC in order to use them in ScummVM? I'll be getting the disks ...

Re: Here's hoping: The Neverhood
Without any means of violating forum rule #5 "No blatant advertising", I really have to tell you how great Humongous Entertainment children games are. And they're supported by ScummVM!!!! Oh, I absolutely agree about the HE games. When Putt Putt Joins the Parade first came out, I picked i...

Re: Here's hoping: The Neverhood
Do you have any idea how many great adventures exist? :P This is never going to end. :D At least I hope not.... :D Well, at least SCUMMVM isn't doing it alone. FreeSCI, Sarien, and GrimE, for example. =) Between the efforts of all the projects, perhaps a fair number of the best adventures can once ...

Here's hoping: The Neverhood
A friend of mine recently gave me his copy of "The Neverhood", a claymation-animated 2d puzzle/adventure game released back in 1996. After some fenagling to get it to work under WinXP, I started playing it and was pleasantly surprised. It's a remarkably fun and beautiful game, and so natur...

Thanks for the reply, sev! Ok, for a follow-up question: does the FM Towns version of Indy4 use Redbook Audio, or does it do all of the music using the YM2612? (I'm only asking because if it DOES use Redbook, I don't have the necessary audio track files.) Also, is it safe to assume that the YM2612 i...
