I would just like to know what the status for the Twin engine/prequengine's possible integration into ResidualVM is. Is support planned for LBA and/or the Prequel? I ask because not much has been said about this in a while and I noticed that Alexfont is now working on an engine in ScummVM. Hey Grax...

Sanitarium engine was build from scratch but used previous Dreamforge product sources. So in some way it must be similar to Chronomaster as well but not the entire engine.

Yes, yaz0r already abandoned that project but AITD1 is really playable.

I think won't be so difficult to add into residual and make it compatible and than later think about rework in other game series engine addons.

Not that i'm very much into ScummVM engines, but isn't there a global gamma correction for all the engines to use? And if not, why? Does every engine who "needs" to use one have to re-invent the wheel for that purpose? Just wondering It seams it doesn't have. From what I try to search the...

Thanks everyone. I edited the first post to give input about the new engine repository. We've been working since 1 week now, and I think the result is not bad for now. We're building the pillars of the engine with the essential stuffs now, and hope soon add and improve the classes already build. Whi...

I hope with scummvm we can boost a bit at beginning, better than start from scratch. I'll try to investigate more about how the scum...

Sanitarium Engine - All help is welcome

For some time I've been reversing Sanitarium in my free times. It enabled me to make some GUI applications to edit it, like transltion tool, resource pack and unpack tool and graphic viewer. Recently I was looking to decipher its scene format and figure out some nice stuffs that actually could make ...

The only modifications you were making to the LBA engine for prequengine are compression for audio and video right? Mostly yes, but we could also adapt particulary fileformats for our needs. Ofcourse, our main goal was always to suporte the original engine without modifications. I'm thinking about ...

While adding an engine, are you going to supporte game modifications or only thinking about playing the original game?!

I'm asking because for LBA, will be best keeping the idea of modifications. What we are doing with Prequengine.
