Just follow SirDave's excelent manual: http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=936

and use --vorbis instead of --lame
you need oggenc.exe, you can get oggenc2.exe here: http://www.rarewares.org/ogg.html
simply rename it to oggenc.exe

converted the voice pack to ogg and now it works perfectly, so it's only with the mp3 version

0.9.0 voice\music issues

With 0.9.0 I'm no longer able to use the voices in games. For example indy4 crashes on startup, and because the softkeys are already mapped I can't close the alert dialog. So I have to reset my phone :( Everything worked perfectly with the previous stable version. Windows 2003 for smartphone on a HT...
