I've tried to play Blue's ABC, but it crashes/quits just after entering my name.
I've converted the 5 .dat files into .dxa (like Feeble Files) and they work - so I don't think that's the problem.

Inherit the Earth - Still no flac support
Why is there still no flac support in Inherit the Earth?
It’s supported (at 87% while writing this).
There is a compression tool.
But ScummVM does not recognize the game, when using compressed audio.

OK - by the way, the reason that I used a file from I have no mouth, is because it's only 55MB instead of 434MB for voices.rsc (Inherit the Earth) Tried Inherit, but it said unknown file and made a out.res the same size as the original (434MB). And yes I know that ScummVM does not support compressed...

compress_saga - How to use? - Error message
I've tried using compress_sage.exe but got this error message
ERROR: Sorry - unsupported resourceType 31
and got a file called out.res (0 bytes)
I use the following command
compress_saga --flac --best -b 1152 voices1.res
(From I have no mouth and I must scream)

To glidem - For Full Throttle you can compress audio using flac, but not the video (*.san) files. That is why I think it's possible to use flac for video files also. Broken Sword 1+2 it's not possible to use flac - I've just tried to compress the sword1 Music folder it's in .wav format, but using fl...

Why no flac in .bun, .san, .dxa?
Why doesn't the following have the flac option for compression?
compress_scumm_bun.exe
compress_scumm_san.exe
encode_dxa.exe
(compress_sword1.exe)
I always try to use a lossless compression when ever it's possible.
