I never actually finished Star Trek 25th Anniversary because of the arcade sequence at the end. Up until that point, it was a very nice game, though. I particularly liked how you could screw up missions (sometimes pretty badly), and the game would still allow you to continue with the next one. (I t...

dreammaster: Thanks for the hard work with Lure. Since it is very difficult to support the Amiga version, would it be possible (this is not a fearture request) ScummVM support the Amiga sounds/music in the PC version? Then we could get the best of both versions. Since some developers have good relat...

Yeah I think you may be right. I've been looking online all day but haven't had any luck. Check out this link though, http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HxJLMsIDork It proves what I've been saying about the difference in sound between the DOS and Amiga versions. Like many other games released in 1991-19...

I mean, there are a lot of files on the source folder and a INN folder inside of it. INN = ImagiNation Network (not needed) The strange thing is, without the audio track/cd on drive, the game is playing all the sound. I mean, music, the talking, ambiance, is it really supose to work like that ? Wor...

Re: Which 2D Adv. games shouldn't be supported by ScummVM?
I wasn't asking support for Fascination. I was suggesting that maybe this title could be removed from the "banned list", and maybe some day it could be added to ScummVM. where exactly is this "banned list" you are talking about? There isn't because only supported games are menti...

Re: Which 2D Adv. games shouldn't be supported by ScummVM?
Anyway: another, more important reason, is, like I stated above, that I'd rather work on the other games. If someone else wants to do Fascination, fine with me. I'm currently content getting the tons of other games working. I wasn't asking support for Fascination. I was suggesting that maybe this t...

Which 2D Adv. games shouldn't be supported by ScummVM?
Hi In the past i've asked if Fascination (by Coktel) could be supported by ScummVM. The answer i got was that although the game uses gob engine, it shouldn't be supported because "ScummVM is more of a "family friendly" program" and "adding support could hurt its image" ...

Loom.. now this is a tough one. I honestly haven't played the Amiga version but I suppose it has 32 colors and pretty good sound (like most Lucasarts Amiga games). The PC floppy version is the worst version I think as it only has 16 colors and the sound isn't all that. The PC CD version has speech ...

I doubt the non-PC versions will be supported, if the engine uses hard coded data (like BASS). That's probably going to be the case. Since Lure of the Temptress is now freeware, it'll be pretty easy for anyone to just grab the data files they need for their particular language from the PC versions....

Currently unsupported Mac-specific files: *.fnt (extra fonts, the ones of the PC version bundled in intro.stk are used instead) *.mid (music, the adlib music in intro.stk is used instead) Will it be possible to add support for Mac music in the future? The music in Gob1 Mac is already played. Has th...

Re: Goblins 3 bugs
I'm rather reluctant to add further support, exactly because it is an adult game. Well, the adult games designed by Muriel Tramis are as raunchy as Broken Sword 2 and its nylon panties. Besides, I can think of much more traumatic games than Geisha or Fascination. Take for example Full Throttle (Rip...
