Checked with the latest nightly build. Same behaviour i.e. USB keyboard is fine, USB mouse doesn't work. No DSI errors. I can only suggest that you wipe your scummvm configuration file as it may be corrupted and see if that fixes the problem. I can replicate the issue you describe with the Virtual ...

Start game, edit game options or trying to edit the default settings for every game gives a DSI error.

Not sure if it's considered a problem or but, pressing shift plus another button on the virtual keyboard doesn't work. It just presses the second button instead and removes the shift from the line at the top which displays which buttons you want to press. Also, does a USB keyboard and/or mouse work ...

Monkey Island MIDI file extraction?

Was just wanting to know, is it possible? I know people prefer the Amiga music but I really like the default midi they (MI1/2) run with.

Got it working on DSx86 with (adlib) music and voice overs, just had to use the install.bat to create a DOS version.

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum.

I'm not the PS2 porter, but I doubt we would want to try to fix this kind of hardware issue in software. A quick Google shows a number of tutorials on fixing or bypassing the PS2 lid switches (Sony actually put 2 on the unit). If you are capable enough to open your PS2 and tinker with the internals...

Request: Open DVD Drive Support?

When you see the title you probably thought "what the heck" so I'll explain. After tinkering a bit and opening up my PS2 so I could do hot swaps, I accidentally broke the sensor switch, basically my PS2 believes that the lid is always open, not only that but selecting DISC CONTROL:ON in uL...

Monkey 1 Talkie, will it work on the DS with full sound?

I would have tried it already, but I only have a 2 gig card and the game is 649 mb with flac. Most of the space on it it used already, only about 200 MB's left. Just wanting to know if it's a possibility or not, I know the audio in the monkey.sof would have to be extracted and converted also right? ...

Hopefully I'm not confusing anyone here, 1.6.0 does have flac support, just not the 1.7 git revisions.

I'm not complaining or anything, just saying it feels smoother on the DC. I thank everyone for all of the hard work they put in developing and porting ScummVM to other platforms as it's one of my favorite programs. I use it on my DS Lite more than any other homebrew program on the system.

The only problem I have now is that SOMI ultimate talkie edition has no voice overs, also flac doesn't work but mp3 does.

I agree with you. I'm using nightly builds to get last updated version so I hope I don't miss anything. ScummVM games run smmotly on Wii and Wiimote controls are perfect. Speaking of smooth, the video rendering/scrolling on the Dreamcast port is smoother than the Wii for some reason. What I mean is...

Well the red and black background was only in the ScummVM background, not in any games that I know of.
