Hey there,
I was asked a few days ago to test a branch on Big Endian AmigaOS4...I *think* it had to do with the AGS engine.
Unfortunately I lost the details and completely forgot what it was I should have done.
Dear dev in question, please remind me and sorry for the troubles
Thank you

Re: Prisoners of Ice & The Orion Conspiracy
You can't as they are not supported See here (Orion) and here (Prisoner) There are out-of-tree engines available, but i don't know the state of them. Maybe someone else knows more. In summary: You can't play games just because you have the data files, this is not DosBox, it needs a dedicated person ...

Shaders for videos?
Does something like this exists?
Ingame gfx work fine with shaders, but especially early "real life" movies woven into games have aged poorly.
Could those be enhanced too?
Thank you

Hold Shift in the Launcher and click on "Mass Add".
Point the directory browser to C:/ and let ScummVM find and add all your installed games automagically...

Re: The Lost Files of Sherlock Holmes games: missing required game files?
@adventurefan I see, seems the wiki entries were merged losing the difference in both games needed files...unfortunate again :-) Chess.xxx is used only by Serrated Scalpel, btw Here are my file lists for both games (i tend to keep all the files there, not sure which aren't needed) Rose Tattoo ADLIB....

Re: The Lost Files of Sherlock Holmes games: missing required game files?
@adventurefan If you follow the link from the wiki entries to the user manual you'll find this paragraph For games on floppies or CDs, if the data files are accessible, the external media can be accessed directly by ScummVM. Alternatively, copy the game files to a folder as described above. If the d...

Hmm, it would probably be best to report it on the bug tracker

Re: 2.7.0 iPad AGD Remakes?
What does "mostly black screen" and "little to play" mean?
Could you post a Screenshot?
Does it look like as if the game screen was reduced to a tiny rectangle the size of lets say the mouse pointer?

Re: Retropie - Suddenly all scummvm games are not working anymore....
I suspect the switch to the lr-scummvm solution, together with the update, messed up your settings
You still got your data files, I assume?
I'd suggest reinstalling scummvm and sticking with one of the, obviously not compatible, solutions.

Re: Retropie - Suddenly all scummvm games are not working anymore....
lr-scummvm works differently from "normal" scummvm.
They have different ways the loader use the games files (for scummv it needs .svm text files created which it reads from the main directory, lr-scummvm however directly reads the files from inside the game folders themselves)

Have you tried going back to 2.6?
