Are you sure the Hermes doesn't have an ARM? There are a lot of ARM processors, even Intel XScale is imho based on ARM. Imho the SC32442A is ARM-compatible as well. Imho PocketPCs usually have a touchscreen, while Smartphones have not. Next to the hardware, the Welcome page etc. are different, so there's a different on the OS level as well for sure.
