...3d eyes would deviate too much from the cutscenes... Yeah, this is a point which displeases me since I've played some hours wit the high-poly manny. Well, maybe we have a solution for this in the very far future (there are some ideas traveling through my brain), but this is also connected with a...

I have thought about 3d eye geometry and face animation, and ended up with the following concept. At first the original concept. It uses different Textures for the upper head including the eyes and hair. The whole lower part of the texture is used for the eyes and varies wile animation. http://farm8...

Here is a comparison, to get a better idea of the differences between the two models. the black wireframe is the original glottis. in front view there are some gaps visible. especially the head looks much smaller, although from side view its bigger ^^ http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8024/7564067312_57...

Hello everybody. Diablo fever has passed, but lazyness stayed. :D Some cool things happened here, since my last visit. I'm especialy exited about the fixed texture mapping on the head-2 model. So, whats the next model to reshape? Rubacava-Manny, i guess? Or Reaper-Manny? I'm looking forward to beat ...

Hello and welcome :D We would be glad if you can help out with some modeling. Which model did you convert? I had some issues with meshe's model. The fingers were totally stewed up. Though, after re importing into the game, all parts were positioned correctly. edit: Oops, missed the last line. You tr...

In the way that a regular vertex is a position in 3d space, a texture vertex is a 2d position on a texture. In Blender when you do UV mapping, the points you move about on the image are the texture vertices. By scaling the texture vertices I mean scaling each coordinate from the range 0 - 256 (pixe...

ok, i tried some things. cleaning up, rotating, uv-remapping, reapplying materials, exporting with the last two blender versions. nothing worked :( I have made a completely clean model without any additional data. Just the meshes + materials + uv-mappins. With this file i get new error messages Text...

Hm. Because you can't compile the model to, i think its a problem with the .blend. This problem appeared the first time after i applied a rig to the manny model. (i have the same problem with manny btw^^). Maybe its the modifier. But i already tried, deleting all these modifiers and compiling it, bu...

Difficult to say. After work, a few days, every day a few hours^^ Maybe something between 10 and 20. This time it took much less time then for the manny model. The flickering appears when manny opens his mouth and the head switches to another model. I don't know how to get the new head models workin...

Nice. Big improvement, even better than your manny model i think. Really? I think its the rendering. I used another render engine on this model. Because the standard renderer of blender already makes different images, i switched to the new one, which delivers much better results. ;D Glottis...
