Me too. I have found that if i delete scummvm.ini in the scummvm folder I can run summvm 13.1 on my pockets pc (Dell Axim X50v WM6.1) but If I try and run it for a second tim it doesn't run. So EVERY tim I need to run Scummvm I have to delete scummvm.ini and then add/search for the game i want then ...

I updated from version 11 to 12 on Windows2003SE and it too didn't load. I then deleted my Scummvm.ini file in the scummvm folder and it then loaded.
