+1 for this; I'd love to play this with voice-acting, it's an outstanding game and already supported for its PC version.

Also, I'd like to see Kingdom'O'Magic to be finished.

Very, very nice. Glad to see the final polish on Riven. Will we be getting a PSP build?

edit: I found the PSP build by going to "daily builds" and choosing "latest stable build" under PSP; there just isn't a PSP release on the main download page.

Re: Which games would you like to be supported on the future?

The X-files game would count, right?

I've had this issue occasionally too, and I think it's a calibration issue, coupled with a too-tight dead-zone in ScummVM. What fixes it for me is actually just rotating the stick a few times so that ScummVM finds the boundaries and calms down.

I've been long looking forward to this, it's a great game :) Hopefully the next release will still work on PSP, intended or otherwise!

NB: The Datafiles page doesn't yet have an entry for Broken Sword 2.5: http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/Datafiles

Now that MPEG2 videos are not supported on Broken Sword, how can we get videos back? What files do I need to copy from the CDs, or is there any other way of restoring the videos? What about compression, too?

Regards,
Kroc.

Well it goes without saying that for Broken Sword I & II, original PC discs are best, as the Sold-Out Software versions are distributed with re compressed videos and SCUMM VM v7

Aye, auto sensing would be useful for me, getting things to look right in 1440x900 is not easy, and if you use the wrong size in ScummVM it just crashes when you start the game, leaving screen fitting down to trial and error most of the time.

Curse you damn people!
I've only got
* Sam'n'Max Hit The Road
* Kingdom'o'Magic (support is on its way; thanks!)
* Broken Sword I&II
* Day of the Tentacle

What would be the next best thing to hunt down?

In Keyboard Preferences for the system you can choose wether you want your F keys to control the hardware (like brightness, sound), or act as normal F keys. Hardware control is on by default, you can get to the nomral F function by holding down the Fn key.

For me, Kingdom Of Magic, would be an awesome addition. The code is being worked on, which is beyond good news. I hope it continues to progress well. I just could never ascend to the level of knowledge needed to contribute, but I will be ready to beta test the engine thoroughly.

For doom 3, check your .cfg files in the Doom 3 installation folder, and you can change the customheight & customwidth attributes to set the res and aspect correctly in Doom3 / Quake 4. (Google for a doom 3 console guide) The only bug I've seen with Scumm and Mac fullscreen is that setting any 2...

Not many people are going to have that many games to warrent filtering, but perhaps categorizing by company instead? For example: * If you only have a couple of games (3 or less) then the list is as normal. * If you have more than 3 games, then a bolded company name groups each of the games, like so...

Another cool tip. Try pressing Alt/Option + a function key (or Alt+Fn+Function key if you've just switched off F-Lock). Voila, instant preferences :3
