hmmm, I had a quick read but a bit confused  I saw stuff about blueTV filters and "Horizontal and vertical stretch + slider for adaptable scanlines on all monitor modes". Would like to create that same type of scanlines that MAME / WinUAE / Snesx9 all have as games definitely look be...

Hello Kaminari,

Agreed, TV filter is no where near as good as Scanlines.

Good to see that it's a requested feature, hopefully it gets added sometime soon

I love scanline, I use them with WinUAE, MAME32 and Snesx9. Games look so much better.

Hello Kirben, I have taken and compared the following screen shots of Monkey 1 with no filters / filters applied: 1. ScummVM (no filter) 2. ScummVM (Tv2x) 3. Amiga (no filter) 4. Amiga (Scanlines) There are slight differences in the way the graphics are displayed on ScummVM and the Amiga with no fil...

Thank you for the answer.

From first impressions Deluxe seemed very good, nice graphics and interface (which looks so much like LucasArts later games).

Sorry. The images are so much sharper on the Amiga versions. Hold on for about 10 minutes and I'll grab screenshots of both the Amiga and ScummVM versions  Yes, they all have the Amiga platform set. You don't specify what are those differences. Any screenshots for camparison? Also you don't sp...

Maniac Mansion Enhanced & Maniac Mansion Deluxe...

Hey guys,

Just wondering what platform Maniac Mansion Enhanced is for?

I actually have a copy of Maniac Mansion Deluxe but was unable to get ScummVM to recognise it. Is it supported?

AMIGA ScummVM supported games

Hey guys, I have the original Indy 3 + 4, Loom, Monkey Island 1 + 2, etc on disk. Last night I was playing around and grabbed the required files for ScummVM use from the disks for Monkey Island 1 + 2... Work fine but I have one question, the graphics don't look no where near as good as what they did...

Re: that problem

i renamed the encoder file from oggenc from oggenc2.exe to oggenc.exe and its workin now. There is an actual program called oggenc.exe and oggenc2.exe (get both from http://www.rarewares.org/ogg.html). You should probably download/install the one required instead of just renaming from on to the oth...

Thank you for the info. This is great news as the .ogg files are smaller...

I'll keep these and disguard the .mp3 files.

Might even convert all the rest of .mp3 files that I have for all the other ScummVM supported games

Hi, I manged to convert all the .wav files to .mp3 files using LAME successfully. Works well  I also tried converting all the .wav files to .ogg files using OGGENC. These files are even smaller in size... I do have one question though, I couldn't tell the difference in audio quality by listeni...
