I think the name is pretty clear.
I am opposed to changing something inoffensive because someone finds it offensive. People are offended over the most ridiculous things these days.
The sub-heading of the Junkyard is quite descriptive.

The gog version of IHNM stores all the data in a cd image file called 'NoMouth.dat'. You need to rename the file extension to *.ISO and extract the game data from the cd image.
