Compressing Duckman Audio - Game does NOT work in the Wii port
I couldn't find any clear direction, so I just did it and i think it worked. Who knows if ogg or flac would work - I didn't chance it. I converted all .WAV files in the voice folder (within DATA) to .MP3 (same filenames) and everything worked. It cut it down from 412MB to around 38MB, making the who...

SOL
http://metaneutrons.blogspot.com/2012/02/compiling-scummvm-for-ios-iphoneipad.html I suspect there are legality issues surrounding this (hence the custom tool chain), but it appears that the code available above just needs to be compiled for armv7(s). Even if I go to the bother of building it (if I ...

I was wrong!
I may still be right, accidentally, but the command line invocation failed with illegal instruction 4 because the launch application needs to be recompiled for the a6x, not the scummvm.app itself. I was a bit too quick with that .... Sorry! *Edit although when I tried to execute ScummVM within the S...

Illegal instruction: 4
I am on an iPad4 iOS 6.0, and I have the same issues. It is some sort of processor instruction/opcode that is not allowed/compatible with the a6x. Likely the software has to be recompiled for the new processor. Attempting to invoke scummvm from the command line results in "Illegal instruction: ...

Not sure wether it would be better to start a new post or not.. but I am having (i think) the same problem although I am trying to load a savegame from the 0.7.1 version of pocketscumm to the desktop 0.7.1 version without success. The game is Curse of Monkey island though. Is there any reason I woul...

Hang on a second though... if you were to play through up to that point (singing sailors).. then use a save file to get you beyond it, would you need the music files again? If not... what version of scummvm could I use to run this, or is there anything I can do to current versions to allow the non-u...

Curse of Monkey Island Minimal Installation Problems
I don't know if anyone else has been having this problem because I have not found anything in the forum or elsewhere on the web... but I have been trying for some time now to get the minimum installation files (MI3) as described in SirDave's PocketScumm Manual to run in ScummVM and no matter what I ...
