Hi agentq,

i read about a new libcartreset today that can reset all SuperCards, all M3 and EZ-Flash IV devices and the hacked GBAMP. Perhaps it can be of use for you in a future release.

Eric

I can only follow my pre-posters. ScummVM is definately the best homebrew app for the nintendo ds and was one of the reasons why i bought one.

So many, many thanks to you agentq for this great port of scummvm. :)

Yes it its, as well as for Maniac Mansion. But these remakes are not open source and do not use the scumm engine. So there will be no way to run them on the nintendo ds.

The sound of the CD version of monkey island is far superiour to the adlib sound of the floppy version. And there is also no 256 color floppy version of zak but the fmtowns one with cd audio sound.

Hi agentq,

is there a chance for a support of mp3 music in scummvm ds? This'd be great as the audio quality would be so much better in this case.

Eric

This test version works very well on my M3 miniSD v3. Reading from the flashcard (a transcent 80x 2GB miniSD card) as well as writing to it causes no problems. Great job agentq! :)

So since it's only the M3 which can't be detected properly, I will be implementing a button press to enable M3 detection. It will then attempt to save the setting in SRAM, so once you've booted up with the button press it should remember the setting, and you shouldn't need to hold the button on boo...

tlv, I won't be making different releases for different cards. I've already got six different executables, and the thought of having to build and maintain twelve different versions is just too scary to contemplate. I perfectly understand that. Handling with different release versions (gray, blue, g...

Hi agentq, as i'm not at home at the moment i will only be able to test the new release on the weekend, but the test release worked really well on my M3 MiniSD V3 (transparent). If this release doesn't work for SuperCard users perhaps you can try a release with the "blue" driver of the lib...

In the main menu, select "Setup" and in this menu press the "select" button to show the help. Then select "Update Info". It shows "updagcsd.eXX" where XX is the version number.

I don't see how having code compiled in to an executable but not run could break another piece of code. There are three versions of the libfatdragon driver in the libfatdragon_src.zip (link above). The green release should work with most (all?) M3 adapter versions according to the FAQ of dsorganize...
