The Windows version works? I would have thought it wouldn't considering the Surface doesn't support standard Windows software. I'm thinking about buying a Surface, but one of the things I've been watching for is to see if anyone develops a port of ScummVM for Windows RT and if it works without some ...

Notepad++ allowed me to see the line breaks. No matter what I did, SCUMM games did not like that 'disable_dithering=true' was in program portion of the INI file. I ended up added the games through the GUI, and letting the program update the INI file. Now everything works perfectly. Thanks for all yo...

Is there any specific feature from FreeSCI that you would like to see in ScummVM? No, not at all. I was just curious, since so much tinkering was involved in setting up FreeSCI. It's a standard practice when a new release is upcoming that all the engines that aren't going to be part of the release get disabled for daily builds. So SCI won't be officially supported for the 1.0 release? Why would you choose now for such an important milestone when one of the most highly anti...

Proposed French copyright law may affect ScummVM
While reading the AGDI forums, I came across a link to a rather scary sounding law up for consideration in France. Here's the link: http://eucd.info/index.php?English-readers The part that reminded me immediately of ScummVm is as follows: An amendment to the proposed DADVSI bill has the aim of makin...
