Doh! Just ran over some bit of documentation in a maemo.org forum thread. :D The solution for moving the mouse without clicking is much simpler: Stylus only: left click Shift+Stylus: right click Ctrl+Stylus: no click - move only With Ctrl+Stylus it is no problem to close the inventory box in COMI/MI...

First of all: I completed this scene on my N900, so it's possible. :) I managed this scene using a "swipe" technique I have menioned in a different post. Try the following: I in the inventory box, put the stylus on the item (e.g. hammer) and without releasing it, drag the item to the borde...

Just use an editor (like vi in the xterm) to edit .scummvmrc in your home directory. Look for an entry "gfx_mode" in the "[scummvm]" section and set it to:

gfx_mode=2x

That should give you back the normal scaling.

Use swipe to position mouse cursor without clicking

The menus in Woodruff are there on the N900, just a bit difficult to reach. Try tapping the stylus somewhere and then swiping it to the top center of the screen. Now the three menu icons should appear and you can use them after releasing the stylus. Seems that a "click" event is only gener...

Strange, I am just playing MI1, and have some working Savegames on the N900 already. Is your MI1 a special version? I have MI1(DOS/VGA/German). Also in MI2 I can call the save/load screens as they should work, version is MI2(DOS/German). Which ScummVM version are you using? I grabbed the latest from...

Re: Button mapping problem in FOTAQ (S60v3, Nokia N80)

In 0.13.1 and 1.0rcX, there are new key mappings for the joystick mode.

But, there is a new mouse mode, activated with Green-0-Green.
Please try this mode. It should have the right mouse button on the right softkey.

It sould also work if you copy them directly from the CDs and overwrite the files present on both CDs.

You don't need all files but only those documented in the WIKI:

Re: Nokia n85 Compatibility

I'm using ScummVM 0.13.0 on my Nokia N85 and it runs fine.

However I had some issues with wrong keymappings with 0.13.1.

I guess I know what the question and the problem are: Anotherguest, are there any changes in keymappings between 0.13.0 and 0.13.1? I just installed 0.13.1 (S60v3.2, N85) and found out that the right softkey is not mapped to right click and I cannot even map it to right click. In fact, it seems impo...

Re: Zeemote bluetooth joystick with scummVM / Symbian

With the Zeemote driver you can map each key of the controller to a key you like. On my Nokia N85 I have created a ScummVM profile with left/right softkey, delete key and zone key (=9). It works nicely with ScummVM 0.13.0. I've tried COMI, SAM&MAX and MI2 and all three were working fine. - Goetz

... or use the Escape-key, which should be mapped to the delete/c key of your device. ;)

For the key mappings, you might want to try MagicKey, e.g. from my-symbian.com. It needs to be signed, but according to my-symbian.com this is possible using Open Signed Online.

For ScummVM I use the volume keys as mouse left and right click. Very convenient to play! ;)

Thanks, nice! Some first impressions, as always on my S60v3.1 Nokia E51. On the positive side: Overall game stability seems fine -- tested some a bit: loom, maniac, atlantis, comi, Sam+Max, mi, mi2, dott, woodruff. Inactivity timer reset for cutscenes works fine. Sam+Max seems a bit quicker than bef...

Just another update: After some time I have finished COMI on my Nokia E51.

I had to save frequently and try some scenes in different orders to prevent the crashes I mentioned above, but: COMI is completable on Symbian S60 3rd ed.

Anotherguest, thanks for your efforts! ;)
