IIRC the GUI will be reworked again anyway, I remember seeing a mockup screenshot postet on IRC once. It'll look a bit like this forum, with the new Logo and stuff.

try deleting them in the main menu and let ScummVM re-detect them. Some of the game IDs have changed, I had a similar problem once.

What I'd try first is playing through the game from scratch. It is entirely possible that the bug happens because of the 0.7.0 savegame you're using.
