Just used V1.02 of the ultimate talkie builder. I am missing track10.flac and track20.flac in the cd_music_flac folder. Is it normal? same for you guys? My CD does have 24 tracks, here I have 22 hmmm

Its a Windows setting. There are a couple of ways to set it, either locally for ScummVM or as a global Windows setting. See here: http://www.helpwithwindows.com/WindowsXP/howto-04.html Add a variable by clicking "New". Variable name: SDL_VIDEODRIVER and Variable value: directx . Click OK!...

Have you tried changing the videodriver SDL is using? This can be done by setting the environment variable SDL_VIDEODRIVER. For example you can try "directx" as a value for it. The default videodriver is "windib" for combability reasons, but it might not be the optimal for your ...

I can't see why the original is better, except for Indy3 which has the IQ points. well i didnt say they were better..its just the style of them.. every game has another one and i just thought it would be cool if they were in the game... i know that they dont contain the features of the scummvm menu...

Particularly since ScummVM's save/load screen actually works. It looks like loading works from at least some of the original save/load screens, but saving didn't work for me. In the current SVN, with some of the games (MM, Zak, Indy3, COMI), you can access the original dialog with alt+f5 thats nice :) accessing the original menu with f5 and the scummvm menu for advanced functions with alt+f5 would be nicer... the games should be as much original as possible (in my opini...

i am just wondering why in some games the original menues are used (broken sword, beneath a steal sky), and in others the scumm menu(monkey island)
why not using the original menues in all games? would be cooler :)
