Hi Tarek! Could you post the folder structure for the Lands of Lore CD? I pulled all of the files from inside each of the folders and clumped them all into one folder. This usually works for SCUMM. It's probably not the case for this game. http://img717.imageshack.us/img717/7264/screenshot2011100413...

Hiya Tarek! I've been following daily for the past few weeks over at https://github.com/tsoliman I'm so exciting for this new, upcoming build on my N800. I would love to be a tester if you need an extra one. :) Off topic: You also have a youtube-dl update thingy on your page as well. Is this a fix f...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't they all already have ports to a gazillion platforms (including, but not limited to, GameBoy Advance of all things)? Granted, I wouldn't say 'no' to NetHack on my mobile Yeah, this is true, at least with Nethack for the most part. The thing is, most of these ports...

This is just a question, not a request.

Okay, so I'm just wondering if it were at least "theoretical" to create an interpreter for strictly rogue type games such as Nethack, Angband, Ancient Domains of Mystery, etc.? I know that there's Dosbox, but that doesn't seem to get ported like Scumm can with it's universal flexibility. W...

Hey Kirben! Thanks for the response. So I got the wrong version, huh? Ah nuts. Looks like I'm out the 99 cents I paid for it. :( Well, I played it some on my computer and didn't care for it too much like I thought I would. I was basically hoping for a kiddie version of Tecmo Super Bowl. By any chanc...

Backyard Football

Well, my copy of Backyard Football 2002 just came in the mail today.

I fired it up with Scumm and it states "Error! binkw32.dll" not loaded.

I checked the CD and there's no such file.

Did I buy the wrong version? :(

as for floppy games on PCs without floppies - I bought Countdown on 5 1/4" disks from a shop a few months ago and I asked them if they could burn the files to CD for me too which they gladly did Thank you clem for that excellent suggestion! It never would have occurred to me on asking for such...

I know this is probably an incredible long shot, but if there is anyone that has a copy of Backyard Football 2002, could you please give this a test for me?

I'd really like to know if it at least works on the DS system.

Thank you. :)

Thanks MetaFox, I did not know that.

I guess that makes me happy? :?

Well, are there any notable differences between the freeware version and the CD?

And yeah, half the enjoyment for me is just in collecting junk. :)

Lure of the Temptress - PC CD rom

Greetings all! So I'm looking to purchase a copy of this game but am coming up terribly short in my quest to find it. Ebay only has one version available to buy but it's on disks and I know of no one that still has a floppy drive. Any pointers to lead me in the right direction will be rewarded with ...

You got it right Clem.

I never ripped the audio since I didn't see it on the CD.

I thought that the game data files were enough.

I am too stupid to live.

Thanks for the help.

Have a great day!

Greetings Clem. Nice catch there by the way. I didn't even notice that I typed quiet instead of quite. It wasn't intentional so I guess Freud wasn't full of crap after all. When you say to look at the 3.10 in the README file, are you talking about the part on copy protection? Both of the Gobli...

Gobliiins PC CD

Greetings. I have a Gobliiins and Goblins 2 CD-ROM and have it running quiet nicely on my N800. However, neither one of these have music in the background like it originally played on my computer. Can anyone confirm that they actually have music in their background from the PC version? If so, what m...

Quick question for Agentq.

So are you completely finished with the Scumm port for DS?

I mean, there's really nothing else that can be done, correct?
