Hi! Rather than make a seperate topic about this I figured I'd post it in this one... I recently (finally) bought a new PC with a rather excellent 22 inch LCD screen, native resolution 1680x1050. When I run ScummVM in Fullscreen mode, I have to run it in 3x to actually get 'full screen' - this is fi...

There's plenty of ways to 'get' the games (or any game, or anything, really). Just can't talk about them here.

Merry Christmas to all from Australia (although by my reckoning, it's already 11 am, December 26th). Enjoy the family, friends, food and of course presents! And the whole religious side of it too if you're into that.

I really like the music in the Silent Hill series. Especially Silent Hill 2.

It is worrying, the ignorance of some people. I mean, they have to ask where to find illegal copies of software on the internet. If they can't find it themselves they don't deserve to have it.

I remember playing Labyrinth once, many years ago now. Didn't play much, but somehow I doubt it managed to capture the awesomeness of David Bowie's leather pants from the movie.

The first one you ask about is the Japanese NES version of Maniac Mansion, made like a year before the western release. The mysterious Zak one appears to be that unofficial Zak sequel from a few years ago.

I wholeheartedly recommend Indiana Jones and the Fate Of Atlantis. It's just so darn awesome.

It's awesome that this thread has basically been resolved at last.

I also can't believe this thread is still going after a year and a half

Are there any LucasArts adventures you don't like?

No doubt about it, they're all pretty darn good. But are there any you can't stand to play?

Personally, I can't see myself sitting through The Dig again any time soon.

When ScummVM becomes self-aware and starts absorbing and integrating other source-ports, emulators and reverse-engineering jobbies by itself. It'll happen, people.

Tsch. I'd be willing to bet everyone here has downloaded 'abandonware' at least once, whether they admit it or not.

I'm not informing people of their existence (which I'm sure most are by now aware of), merely pointing out where they may be acquired at a very reasonable price. I frequent a large amount of games stores and this is the first time I've seen them for sale off the shelf around here, so I figured other...
