Could you run ScummVM from command line with at debug level 5 and post the output here? (eg. via a link to pastebin)

Code: Select all

scummvm.exe -d 5

Re: ScummVM Graphical Issue on Startup_Un-useable

Have you tried launching ScummVM with a clean configuration file? You'll need to close ScummVM (if running), backup your existing scummvm.ini file and then remove the file (or rename it) so that ScummVM creates a new one upon launch. https://docs.scummvm.org/en/latest/advanced_topics/configuration_f...

Re: ScummVM 2.8.1 The Dig error

Okay, so I haven't found out how to copy the savegame yet. I have tried both methods you mentioned, but I can't seem to get it to work. But I'll look into some more and copy the savegame and upload it here. I did however find a workaround or maybe a fix of some sort. If the tram isn't located at th...

Re: ScummVM 2.8.1 The Dig error

I'm trying to find the savegame file, but I'm unable to locate the folder location, which contains the savegame files. I got Android version 13 if that helps :) If you haven't set a custom path for the saved games (that in Android 13 would most likely require going through the SAF process or using ...

Re: Getting Starship Titanic to run on Steam

Hey everyone, I've been having an issue with Starship Titanic. It's not running on Steam. I'm using Pop! OS. According to the Steam forums, it's fixable: "Ah, yes. The problem appears to be that the copy of Scummvm that Steam is using depends on libreadline.so.7, but the current version is lib...

Re: Anyone know if it's possible to extract Loom's CDDA.SOU?

Hi there!, my name is José. I'm working on a musical/artistic conceptual project and maybe some of you can help me. My idea is to recompose, arrenge and produce Loom's soundtrack from scratch. I figured if i can extract the CDDA.SOU file to wav and then change it and convert it to its original form...

Re: SCI Compression Tool

Sorry for bringing this old topic up again, but no matter what I try, I always get the error message: Unexpected input file 'AUDIO001.002'! I've been trying with the command scummvm-tools-cli --tool compress_sci --flac AUDIO001.002 after using the python tool above and I made sure I indeed have WAV...

Wow! I'm glad we got it (with a little help from Google and Reddit of course  )!

Thank you for reporting the issue and confirming that the proposed solution works. Maybe it will help others with a modern stylus pen too.

Re: Support Smart Pen Xiamoi Mi Pad 6

Hello, Which version of the ScummVM app for Android are you testing with? Also, do I understand correctly that ScummVM does not move the cursor when you move the pen on the screen, but it does detect that you press a button on the pen? - Is this on the launcher GUI (before you launch a game), or wit...

Re: Alum (PC)

The process to submit an icon for a ScummVM supported game that is currently missing one is described in the readme text here: https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm-icons You can either submit a pull request with your icon for the game, or open a github issue for it. Make sure you conform with the spec...

Re: MT-32 Support

MT-32 emulation is set up from the "Audio" tab. I believe the "MT-32" tab refers to configuring the sound for an actual physical MT-32 device. (Although, again on my Windows ScummVM, there's a setting for "MT-32 emulation" in the dropdown for "Global Options" ...
