This issue has been fixed in developer builds for a while now.

The fix is not part of a stable release as of yet, but if there is a bug fix 2.9.1 release, it will be included in that.

Otherwise,you can install one of our daily builds 2.10.0git to test with.

I am curious about this too. I am running Windows 11. I updated from ScummVM 2.8.0 to 2.9.0 using the Windows installer (https://downloads.scummvm.org/frs/scummvm/2.9.0/scummvm-2.9.0-win32.exe).
