Well, yes, people who haven't bought games would only be able to play the three free ones, but everyone else would be able to play them. From what I've heard WiiWare is pretty simple to sell stuff on than most other games console service.

With the launch of Wiiware, couldn't somebody make an official version of the ScummVM Wii Channel to be downloaded from there? It could run the games from the SD card, like people have suggested. I'd pay for that!

i downloaded it and never got to testing amazon queen and steel sky because i found my lucasarts games refused to work with that build.
i'll return to the last one. oh well, i can live without those two games.
