do i just need to place this in a folder in the c drive and then 'add game' on scumm? and do i need the cd in the computer?

hi! i was wondering if anyone could help me.. i've been wanting to play my old point and click games for a while now, but have only just got around to doing so. and i have got no idea on how to play broken sword in scumm. i have the latest version of scumm. and i have the cd version of broken sword....
