I actually keep in contact with David Johnston who was one of the programmers of Discworld 1 & 2, however I'd rather not bring it up with him if you have already contacted him about it, but if you havn't then I guess its worth a try.

I'll convert the rest of the images into icons tomorrow, also, thanius, I could make a few icons for you to take some of the stress off if you like? lol

Edit: Oh, and if anyone wants 256x256 (inc lower res) capable icons for Vista of thanius' PNG's I could upload ;) Hey, mail those over to thanius at thanius dot com and I'll put them up on the page on my server! Thing with SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) is that they're using vector graphics (duh) for scaling. And to my knowledge, using a rasterimage inside a SVG wouldn't change much as of the quality of the scaling. Because, you know, bitmaps doesn't use vectors. Converting these to SVGs would require 100%...

Thats as large as they go on the desktop in Vista, on the image I attatched that is, you can have them extra large in a folder.

I'm using Vista and just converted acouple of the PNG files to large suitable ICO files, as you can see though, the shortcut has to have a label and has that little arrow on the bottom left corner, however, the latter can be removed with a simple registry tweak. http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1259/6...
