Damn, I wish i never had work tomorrow :)

I sure hope theres no issues like when sam and max was released on Xbox Live, I couldn't get it to download until the Thursday, if that happened with Monkey Island: SE... it would end me

Great! I was just curious as I assumed it was a format that couldn't be implemented, good to see there are ways around it ;)

Are there any other advantages/tweaks of the PSX version, or are any other versions considered to be the best version of the game? the curtain between acts is not in the PC version??

Is it just me or does the audio/speech in the PSX version sound slightly better quality when run through SVM?

Just checked the Discworld folders on both discs and it seems that the uncompressed size on disc 1 is 71.4 MB and disc 9 is 68.4 MB so something could be different but I'm sure they are the same.

When compressed with 7-zip they are both 46 MB.

I have the disc but I don't want to part with it as its part of a collection, does the fact that its a demo disc cause copyright issues if i was to make an ISO of it and get it to you that way?

It also featured on another cover disc within issues 1-10.

Fair enough, I'm currently about half way through so I'll no doubt give it shot when I get to that point just for the sake of it, then I'll probably play through it again once its supported in ScummVM

I have not personally tried them so I can't say if they work or not - all I was saying was that the are from who they say they are
