Just got the GOG version. Uses Dosbox, it does have CD tracks, but they've been ripped to ~160kbps OGG files in a 'music' subdirectory. Shoot, same here. Used this guide to get a great MIDI experience on 32-bit Win 7, at least until I moved to 64-bit Win 7.
