Re: Playing Monkey Island SE on ScummVM!

I do not own the cd version so i can not verify the track list without playing monkey island on ScummVM, then on Monkey Island SE Bill From the looks of it, you just need to decrement the track number by one (to adjust for the data track). I just finished rippi...

Of course, I agree with some people in this thread that this puzzle game engine shouldn't be merged with an adventure game interpreter such as ScummVM...but whatever...it's close enough to being an adventure game. ScummVM also includes games like the Goblins series . I think what dictates inclusion...

While the source was handed over eventually thanks to the production staff, no rights were given for the distribution of either of the original Discworld games (AFAIK Noir isn't based off the Tinsel engine) it would seem. This is the most common case, we've been lucky as a community Revolution were...

I know the game you're talking about, and should even still have it (though not with me). Next time I'm home, I'll try to remember to look for it. It's more or less a children's game, if occasionally a bit scary. Very cartoon-y in style. I remember there's a room where you get to create your own mon...

I think this might be my fault. See this bug report . I was trying to bring the overall volume level in line with other music drivers and sound effects. (If you've still got an old copy of scummvm around, go to the bar on Scabb and listen to the difference between the music in the background and the...

PCjr sound problems on AMD64
A couple days ago, I noticed when playing Maniac Mansion V1 (from dott CD) that the opening music is absolutely atrocious under 64-bit Linux. It didn't make any sense; it worked fine under OS X, Windows, and 32-bit Linux. After digging through 0.10.0's source a bit, I think I've hunted down the prob...
