Pirating (IF)
This game is unplayable, however it is listed on the wiki as being supported since ScummVM 2.2.0 It doesn't not recognize any word at all. Look I don't know the work "look" Inventory I don't know the work "Inventory" Get I don't know the work "Get" West I don't know the...

Operation Stealth Graphics
I was testing Operation Stealth speeds in DOSBox the other day, and deceed to compare htm to ScummVM to see how it compared. I stumbled across the fact that the graphics are fairly different with the game, using the exact same set of files. I've attached a screen shot. In it you can see the left scr...

Champion of the Raj
https://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php?title=Champion_of_the_Raj Claims to be supported since 2.2.0 However I can not get the game folder to rexognize on a recent daily build or the last stable build. I tried 2.5.0 and it thought it was an unknown groovie game variant (???) I was specifically trying the...

Re: King's Quest VI: CD DOS Version
It makes no sense to assume the end user wants the windows version. Especailly if certain windows assets aren't even available.

Re: Leisure Suit Larry Talkie Versions
the games that have talkie back ported into them also support the old game files. the lsl reloaded project was built from the ground up. it doesn't use the same engine or asset types as the original game. There were also several liberties taken in the games script that would make it different from t...

Re: Alone, Under Strange Night
Thank you. I have checked those, and while there is lots of great content there, for wintermute in general there are lots missing. Unfortunately, most of these games were self hosted on developer websites around 2000-2015. And a majority of these sites no longer exist. I've been going through the ga...

Alone, Under Strange Night
Howdy folks. I was looking for some of the old Wintermute freeware games that ScummVM now supports. Along the way I got into contact with the author of "Alone, Under Strange Night" due to his old download link being long dead and it not being cached by the wayback machine. Unfortunately, h...

Re: APE Odyssey 2001.... what is this??
Have you actually messed with it? Calling it an "interactive" is a stretch. You can't do anything with any of the little running loops. The only thing "interactive" about it is the part where you navigate through the folders and decide which filed to click on next. There isn't ev...

APE Odyssey 2001.... what is this??
So, it took some time but I managed to track down this disk. I am always intrigued by things that show up in the compatibility list that I've never heard of before. However, in this case it is just a disk with really short, and somewhat poor quality, director loops? This user here has an image of wh...

Re: Can't start games due to save game path...
I am on Windows 10. And I'm not getting this issue with other games. My save folder is full off other files from games I've been playing recently. Thank you for the information though. It confirms what I thought was going on. At one point I even removed the save folder, and ScummVM recreated it at l...

Can't start games due to save game path...
I downloaded the Ash Pines demo and purchased Red Bow from Stranga. When I try to play the games in ScummVM, it states ERROR: Invalid attempt to create file - /saves/ashpines-demo.999 or ERROR: Invalid attempt to create file - /saves/redbow.999 I am using ScummVM 2.8.0 (official release), however I ...

Re: Command line resolution
thank you. I will try forcing opengl using the --gfx-mode setting. However, if it is the default, then the window res should have worked when I wasn't explicitly defining anything.

Command line resolution
I am trying to set the window resolution at the command line, however it seems to always default to the last window height and width defined in the scummvm.ini file. Here is the base command launch line I am using: scummvm.exe --no-console -F --stretch-mode=pixel-perfect --renderer=opengl --window-s...
