I don't have that edition but from what i recall, you have to install the game first or unpack the cab archives to get to the game data files. Yeah, they come bundled in an .exe installer. So even though you can have ScummVM on dozens of platforms Sold Out have (in a way) limited it to Windows for ...

There is no way to copy game data files to non-jailbroken phones. This means that ScummVM will need to come bundled with game files in AppStore. Which means that we will need to get license from game companies to sell their products for a profit. Not going to happen. Surely that's not true? Unless ...

Discworld (Mac)
Hello, Does the new 1.0rc support the Mac version of Discworld? I just get a "ScummVm could not find any game in the specified directory". Checked the datafiles wiki and even just copied over the DISCWLD folder from the CD as-is. Still no dice. I notice the release testing page only mentio...

Do these work out of the box now? I know the recent Simon on the app store uses the enhanced music, and the Discworld soundtrack has been on my iPod for quite a while now. But not sure how to make them work through ScummVM. Can you just drop them in the game folder and have them work? Or is there a ...

Just to echo this (maybe I have fat fingers). But if you could minimize the keyboard in portrait mode to use the space as part of the touchpad area, I'd love it too. Even the official MI:SE gets annoying when I cant see where the cursors moving to because of my fingers. And big thanks for the iPhone...

Re: There's also...
And I am afraid that once they find out that there is some program which lets create SCUMM games and it is usable, that project will be shut down pretty quickly. Not that I disagree (I know nothing about software patients or copyright law) but wherein lies the difference between reverse engineering...

Beneath a Steel Sky Volume problems
Hello, I'm having an 'issue' with BASS. It basically comes down to the fact that there is no volume control for the speech. Music volume can be set with the in-game slider, or using ScummVM's 'Edit Game' options. This is fine for my desktop machine; I just crank up the Music volume and then lower th...
