I don't own the AGI version, but it sounds like -- for ScummVM at least -- you are either missing some datafiles, or some files on your discs have gotten corrupted over time. Sounds like it could be the latter if it crashes in DOSBox too. Make sure you've copied all of the required files from all of...

Since it seems like I'm the only person who has a copy of this (came with my very first computer!) I just tried out all of the activities in Rodney's Funscreen (Dos/English). All the mini games/activities seem to work fine.

Testing on Windows XP, with the October 1st 1.0.0pre SVN build.

Very nice guide. Maybe this will stop the interminable posts about CoMI, though probably not.

Hello. I installed the trunk latest versions both on PC and iphone to play around with SCI games. Been trying a few (Laura Bow 2, Space Quest 1 remake, SQ IV & V, King's Quest IV & V...). On PC they start ok and intro finishes and I can start playing (albeit with bugs). On iphone however, f...

I can confirm that Goblins Quest 3 CD (Dos/English) is not completable on the latest SVN build. Filed bugs 2867675 and 2867682

Just so you know, been testing Goblins 3 (cd/dos/english) and I found a game breaking bug which renders it incompletable, as well as one really strange graphical bug. Trying to see if I can reproduce it, I'll post it later.

If I remember correctly, that game was in 3d, and hence isn't really within ScummVM's scope.

(...) Nintendo has stated that flashcart readers for the DS are technically legal, and are still legal if you are playing backups of games you own yourself, but NOT to play any sort of game you haven't personally made a backup of. It's a bit off topic, but that's really surprising and unlike Ninten...

I actually had the exact same problem on the N75 when I first got it working, but then for some reason it just started working properly. All I can suggest is to try turning your phone on and off, maybe removing the battery?

Never mind, I got it working. There just wasn't enough free space on the phone, and I don't have an SD card that will work with it atm.

Nokia N75 support?

So, I have a Nokia N75 and I've been trying to get ScummVM to run on it -- I managed to install it without any problems, but when I try to actually start the program... nothing happens. No matter how long I wait it won't start.

The OS is Symbian s60 v3. Is the phone just not supported?

Well, the laws vary a bit from country to country, but in the US and Japan at least it is only legal to make and run a *backup copy* of software you already own, and that you've made yourself. I.E. Nintendo has stated that flashcart readers for the DS are technically legal, and are still legal if yo...
