Accessing Default Save location
Hi folks. I've had ScummVM 1.3.0 installed and using it for a while, and I've been playing BASS. This week I installed 1.4.0 from the market, and thought it would just update the installed version. But I now have 2 versions. The problem I have is that in the 1.3 version, I have a saved game saved in...

Monkey Island 3 - To compress or not?
I've read posts on the forum about compressing the .bun and .san files for COMI. While it is possible to compress them, I was wondering if it's better to leave them uncompressed. If I don't mind sacrificing the space on my ipod, would the game performance be better with the uncompressed files? I did...

Re: MI1 with amiga music
Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has manged to get the cd-rom version of Monkey Island 1 with the amiga music in mp3 format working correctly on the iphone. I can get the game to run just no music? Any ideas or am I being thick!? Not wanting to bump this, just wanted to let you know that I ha...

I've managed to get mp3's for Monkey 1 from scummbar. Will these work ok if I put them in the same data folder as the game files and rename them track1.mp3, track2.mp3 etc? The game files for the version I have are called MONKEY1.000 and MONKEY1.001 which I believe are the alternative CD version, bu...

No, the reason is that the game scripts themselves ask for the CD audio to be played. In the Amiga version, there simply isn't any script that asks for these audio tracks to be played. The reason you don't hear any music in the Amiga version is that its music is in TFMX format, which is currently n...

*.lec and *.lfl files? This is not the CD version, so it's not surprising that there is no CD audio heard I said: ...I had everything I needed for the floppy (Amiga) version. I've got all the *.lec and *.lfl files, and the music.dat and sample.dat files so not sure why there's no sound. I'm not ref...

You should hear the infamous Monkey Island Theme (a true classic!) in the title screen I thought I remembered that there was an intro tune. I know I need the mp3's for the CD version, but I thought I had everything I needed for the floppy (Amiga) version. I've got all the *.lec and *.lfl files, and...

Can I ask where the first sound or music should be heard in Secret of Monkey Island? I've got both the DOS and Amiga versions on my Ipod Touch, however there's no sound. But I'm not sure if that's because it's not working, or I've not got to a point where I should have heard sound yet. Moneky 2 work...
