If you're unsure about where to buy a CycloDS from, I bought mine from http://techwizad.com/ one of the recommended sites advised by the makers - It turned up within a few days & worked fine out of the tin. They're currently awaiting stock but it's due in soon.

Indeed they released RA as ISO. Via download, not by CD. Despite it being available to download I'm not sure that you would be able to freely distribute it. You don't need to use the game installer, just copy the relevant files.

Try copying & using monster.sou instead of monster.so3.
