Well Big Red Adventure, Operation Stealth, and Personal Nightmare aren't supported yet, so they shouldn't be on the compatibility page.

My concern is more the lack of the original behavior, than the annoyance the check causes. And by the way... F5 doesn't work. I'm not sure about the month, but the EGA version was released in the spring of 1990, the VGA version was released fall, the Mac version in mid-1991, the CD version was 1992, and the Sega CD version was 1993.
