No, it is not possible currently. Moreover, if anyone does it, there will be a problem with distributing their work.

Re: Zak Mckracken FM-Towns .scummvm name
We do not support that .scummvm files schema. It is not needed for ScummVM itself, and you need to talk to the frontend creators. They simply broke our detection code and use their own, which as you see, is buggy and incomplete.

Then it might happen that that version of ScummVM is not compiled with libcurl. That makes this functionality not possible.

Shaders are applicable only for the OpenGL graphics mode. If you're in SurfaceSDL, then this is normal. Could you please check?

As we explained on Discord, we do not support pirated software. Also, there is no need to run some emulators.

Yes, something like that. I do not know all of the details, and unfortunately, I do not even have the e-mails on the matter in my archive.

It was around 2005-2006. I highly doubt that the same people still work at EA.
In essence, they knew where the Westwood backup tapes are located, but there was nobody who was willing to search through those, at least not for free.

Re: Myst III: Exile, "Game data not found"
Ah, it says, "Unable to create renderer." This is the root cause of the problem and the subsequent "Game data not found" is a generic message. Myst3 is an OpenGL-based engine, and while we have a fallback to our software renderer, it obviously does not work on Wii. So, unfortunat...

Re: Myst III: Exile, "Game data not found"
It is not yet fully clear when exactly this error is occurred. Which version of ScummVM do you use on Wii? Is the game added successfully? Please do not change the platform to "Nintendo Wii"; doing so could prevent the game from launching. That field is filled automatically. When you check...

Your move, Commander.
Moonbase Commander , one of the very last games ever created in the SCUMM engine, is now finally supported and ready for public testing! Although not an adventure game, Moonbase Commander , developed by Humongous Entertainment (creators of Putt-Putt , Freddi Fish , Pajama Sam , Backyard Sports , et...

Re: ScummVM Graphical Issue on Startup_Un-useable
Yes, this definitely looks like a graphics driver issue. The cursor is generated from SVG and other graphics like a list/grid switch at the bottom or grouping icon above the game list. If it were a problem with the scaler or rendering, then all of these elements would be blown up. The second observa...

Re: Technical information about SCUMM
I am not aware of other resources describing the SCUMM engine. And the Wiki was an import of another, now dead one, and I do not think there were many changes after the import. Thus, indeed, the ScummVM sources are your best and the most reliable source: the Wiki could be inaccurate, but the code is...

It’s a Bar... In Space!
In a universe where bagels meet bars, the BAGEL engine has been perfectly toasted, and the ScummVM team is now ready to serve a slice of The Space Bar nostalgia. No, it’s not the key on your keyboard. Rather, it’s a detective story set on a distant planet. Important data has been stolen, and the per...

Re: Is there an option to disable in-game achievements in ScummVM 2.8.1?
As I understand, this is how the game's author implemented it. We are not doing anything special about achievements besides storing them.
