According to the TODO list on the wiki, those images aren't yet enabled in ScummVM.

I couldn't get the Geisha game to work in French. I recovered the amiga game files (an adf file) using the dynunadf utility. When I run it, it identifies it to me as the English version ? I added the DreamWeb icon by Honorbrachios to the high resolution icons page and my Photobucket. I also made a new icon for Broken Sword 2.5.
