That batchfile uses powerpc-gekko-objcopy(.exe) to convert to dol.
A while ago (2 or 3 DKPPC releases ago) that changed to using the included elf2dol (devkitPPC/bin/elf2dol).
Use elf2dol and you will get a valid dol.

I'm too busy lately to even have thought about my Wii. All my builds were built against the very latest libogc/libfat of that time (dhewg's git). After next wednesday I will have more spare time again to try. What I could do is make a large series of builds (latest scummvm checkout), all built again...

Well, there have been some libfat changes. I'll check it out tonight for myself.
Does the previous build have the same problem? And which compression did you use?

Buildbot builds should include USB and vkeybd support. Dhewg set it up, so the buildbot builds should contain exactly the same as his official builds.
Anyway, I made a new build for those interested in it. Nothing major, except ScummVM progress ofcourse.
